Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sweet Italian sausage
- 1.5 oz ground beef
- 1 diced white onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tbls dried thyme
- 1 tbls dried basil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. (My favorite part, other than eating them of course!) Mold the meatballs into your preferable size and place in crockpot with marinara sauce. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve over your favorite pasta or make your own meatball subs! Enjoy! 🙂
