Reinvented: Mac ‘n’ Cheese


Every warm-blooded American loves mac ‘n’ cheese. Pair it with soup, sandwiches or just by itself. It doesn’t matter, it’s delicious. This recipe is really easy, really cheesy and really amazing. You have to try it yourself!


  • 1-1/2 packages Mac ‘n’ Cheese Cheese blend (or equal parts cheddar and mozzarella or provolone shredded)
  • 1 box cavatappi noodles
  • 1 Knorr hollandaise sauce pack ( 1 cup milk or water and 4 tbls butter needed)
  • 1 Knorr four cheese sauce pack (1-1/2 cups milk and 1 tbls butter needed)
  • salt/pepper

Boil and strain noodles. Put in large oven-friendly dish.(You can choose whatever noodles you want, I just like how cavatappi holds in the sauce.)

Make hollandaise sauce and four cheese sauce according to instructions. Add sauces to noodles and mix in 1 package of Mac ‘n’ cheese blend. Add a dash of salt and pinch of pepper. Stir until it begins to melt together. Top with remaining cheese blend. Put in oven at 350° for 30 minutes, or until browning on top. Be careful, this is smoking hot at first bite. But completely worth burning the roof of your mouth. Enjoy!
