This recipe is so quick and easy, it will take you less then five minutes! I always love having some quick go-to side dishes so I can focus on the main meal more and get creative.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag slaw mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tbls. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix lime juice and mayonnaise until smooth. Add slaw, garlic, salt and pepper an mix together thoroughly. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
