Ingredients:
- 3 small avocados
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cilantro, diced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- salt/pepper
Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the pit(set 1 aside for later). Spoon out avocado into medium bowl and add all other ingredients. Stir/mash until combined to your liking. If you want your guac a bit creamier, add more lime juice. But be careful, a little goes a long way and too much will make guacamole soup. Place avocado pit in the dip before serving or storing. I know it’s crazy, but the pit will magically keep the guac from turning that gross brown color. I know, mind= blown. Enjoy!
